In order to prevent the vibration of the panel during the opening of the profile on the parquet
panels, pressure is applied to the surfaces with hard metal plates.

By compressing the surface of the parquet panel and the pressure plates, which are formed from
the dust during the cutting, It causes scratches on the coating paper, which provides protection against abrasion.

In order to prevent this situation , a print trace inhibitor chemical is sprayed on the panel surface at the profile machine entrance.
When a print mark preventing chemical is used, both the panel surface becomes slippery and dust accumulation on the printing plates is prevented.
Thus, it is ensured that the panel surface is not scratched.
